In accordance with Article L. 221-18 of the French consumer code, the Client has a period of fourteen (14) days, as from the day of receipt of the product, to make use of the right of withdrawal or return.
The client should inform the house Stephane Rolland of his/her decision of withdrawal via e-mail at s.cabon@stephanerolland.com.
The Client will receive a confirmation of receipt of their request.
The Product has to be returned new and in complete condition, not unsealed and in its packaging, within the timeframe of fourteen (14) days as from the date of the withdrawal form, at the following address:

If the Client sends the product through post with unrecorded delivery and in the event that the same is lost through fault of the carrier, the product will be deemed not to have been returned.
The Client will receive a full refund, including the shipping fees, at the latest seven (7 days) following receipt of the product by the Seller.
Solely the price of the bought product and the shipping fees will be refunded, the fees for the return shipment are payable by the client.
The Seller will not refund any extra fees that were expressly requested by the client for express delivery which is more expensive than a standard delivery.
